Although the name sounded like a movie title this is in fact a special episode or some fan called it OVA. So how does this OVA look, is it deliciously refreshing or is it a train-wreak??? Let's found out on my review if this special episode.
Thought: For something that was created just to promote Hesei Vs Showa movie, this special episode is pretty good and it's enjoyable. Although the plot has nothing to do with they series, it's still show some aspect that seem to be forgotten like Mai feeling about they current city and the ToQger feeling about they amnesic.
Pro: The fighting scene in this special episode is very enjoyable. The debut of ToQOH Car-Carier Tank is fun mainly because of Takatora reaction. Some scene are very nice especially the Kouta and Mai moment on Gaim portion. The cameo of the KR Ichigo, Nigo and V3 is a nice nostalgic for older viewer especially when they make they iconic roll-call. The ToQger reason for interrupting Zawame City problem is a nice callback on why heroes exist in the first place, to help other people.
Con: Not many that I can find except that this movie has no direct contact on they respective series, the debut of ToQ OH Car-Carier Tank is short and frankly it's just a way to promote the toy and Takatora didn't change.....
Overall: It's a good OVA and I enjoy it. Although it have some weird moment like the fourth wall breaking moment, those scene crack me up. For this OVA I give 6/10.
